Service information
Privacy & Data Handling
A plain-language description of what the current T Bruce Studio service workflows collect and how submitted information moves through the published application.
Last reviewed 10 October 2026. This page describes observed application behaviour; it does not claim legal certification, independent compliance review or provider practices that cannot be verified from the application.
Information you may submit
Depending on the service, you may submit your name and email, organisation or business details, a project brief, a public website address, timing information, technical context, document text and optional uploaded files. Only provide information needed to assess or complete the request.
How project enquiries and uploads are handled
Project enquiries are saved to a private T Bruce Studio record. Optional files are uploaded to associated application storage. A new enquiry may also trigger an email notification to the studio inbox when that integration is configured.
Website scans and digital service orders
The free website scan reads the public URL you submit together with the stated business and visitor goal. A recent result may be stored so it can be reopened, and the email and website address may be used to limit duplicate scans.
Document Finish stores the submitted document text, purpose and contact details with the order record. When an eligible paid order enters production, the submitted text is processed through the configured production and quality-check workflow and the finished delivery status is stored for handover.
Business, MoleculeX and other fixed-scope service forms save the submitted brief or technical inputs to the relevant project or order record so the request can be assessed, quoted, produced or delivered.
Service providers used by current workflows
The application uses AppDeploy application services for records and file storage. Project alerts may be sent through Resend when configured. Website scans and eligible automated production workflows use the application's configured AI processing. The application code does not establish every provider's infrastructure-level handling practice or provider-side retention period.
Payments
Where checkout is offered, payment is handed off to the configured Yoco checkout flow. T Bruce Studio service forms do not ask you to type card details into the project or order forms on this website.
Retention and deletion
The current application does not establish one fixed retention period for every record or a complete self-service deletion process. No broader retention promise is made here. Provider-side retention, backups and infrastructure handling also require provider-specific confirmation before they can be described more precisely.
What not to send
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, account credentials or highly sensitive information that is not necessary for the work. Public website links and the minimum project context are preferred wherever they are sufficient.
Questions about information you submitted
Use the T Bruce Studio project form and identify the request as a privacy or data question. Include only the details needed to locate the submission.
