Digital Purchase Terms
Plain-language terms for direct digital products and automated digital services sold through T Bruce Studio, The Modern Schoolhouse and MoleculeX.

Prices and payment
Prices shown at checkout are the price for the selected product or fixed scope. A purchase is once-off unless the product page explicitly states otherwise. Card payment is handled through the configured Yoco checkout; the forms on this website do not ask you to enter card details.
When access or production starts
Digital access is released only after payment is verified. Modern Schoolhouse direct digital apps and MoleculeX software may unlock immediately after verification. Automated reports begin production after verified payment and may take additional processing time before the finished files are available.
Use an email address you can access. Where the product uses an access link, keep that link private and contact us if the link is not received or does not work.
Cancellations, failed payments and refund requests
You may leave or cancel the hosted checkout before payment completes. If payment fails or is cancelled, no paid access is released.
Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods once access or downloadable content has been supplied. Change-of-mind refunds after verified digital delivery may therefore be limited. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, failed delivery, inaccessible or corrupt files, or a material mismatch between what was sold and what was delivered. Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Product and licence boundaries
Each product page states its intended use and important limitations. Modern Schoolhouse CAPS-aligned products are independent educational resources and are not Department of Basic Education products or endorsements. MoleculeX planning tools and reports are decision aids and do not provide engineering certification, regulatory approval or safety sign-off.
Paid software or digital resources may not be resold, sublicensed or redistributed except where the product page expressly permits it. Normal personal, classroom, project or internal business use remains subject to the licence stated with that product.
Problems with an order
If a verified payment does not release the promised access or deliverable, send a purchase-support request with the email used at checkout and any order reference shown. Do not send card details.
